Opening Hours

Reception – Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 18.30.

We are also open until 19.30 one evening a week on a Monday. These late night surgeries are particularly for people who cannot attend at other times.  We also have some early morning commuter surgeries.

Telephone – Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 18.30.

The emergency line will only be answered between 8.30 and 18.30 it is intended only for medical emergency calls, other matters cannot be discussed

Parking
There is a car park at the front of the health centre, for patient use. As space is limited, please park carefully, using the marked bays.

Bus Services
There is a bus stop close to the practice, served by First Bus services 44 and 45.

Disabled Access

Cadbury Heath Health Centre is a purpose-built centre with level access to all parts of the building suitable for wheelchair users and patients with limited mobility.
There is a toilet designed with disability requirements in mind, available close to the waiting room.
We are open to guide dogs & other animals but do not allow other pets into the surgery.

Translation service
We can access the National Interpreting Service which provides a telephone translation service to the practice when required. Please mention this when making your appointment and to the doctor at the time, if you would like to use this service.

Chaperone Service
If you would like a chaperone present during an examination then please ask and one of our trained reception staff will be happy to assist. If for any reason a chaperone is unavailable, we will rebook your appointment for when one is
