If you require vaccinations for travel purposes our nurses are able to give you some advice on what vaccinations you may need, however, patients must understand the implications and responsibility of any risks taken and the resulting consequences while travelling.
Cadbury Heath Health Centre stock travel vaccinations that are offered by the NHS, but we recommend that any private vaccinations be sourced through your own research.

Please ensure forms are completed at a minimum of 6 weeks prior to travel to allow time for any boosters you may need.
